I decided that it wasn't fair to only have posts about one son and not the other. So, here are a few things about Shane.
First, a picture of Shane before a haircut earlier this month. He would prefer to have his hair at least this long. Dad doesn't agree. This picture was taken right before Shane left for the haircut. When he arrived home he was greeted by 16 friends who were there for a surprise birthday party!
Next: Halloween. We see here a veterinary surgeon, a fireman, and batdog (vet's side kick I guess).
Last, Shane after winning first place (three boys raced) at the November cub scout pack meeting's raingutter regatta. The boat standing upright is the trophy!

The raingutter regatta sounds like fun! I use to make and sail little boats down the streets of Prairie Village as a kid! We almost entered a beer can regatta a few months ago that was associated with a Chili Cookoff at a yacht club.

The raingutter regatta for the scouts is new to me. He had to be thrilled. All the pictures are great. I love Shane and Logan too! And Melissa, Betsy, Gold, Allie and Brenda. And I guess that other Great grandchild with the initial of K.
