1. Ride my bike to and from work without feeling like I'm going to pass out, and without walking. This may likely never happen, but hey, I can still set the goal, right?
2. Not look like I'm going to pass out when doing any kind of excercise. (My face gets beat red and stays like this for hours!)
3. Loose weight. (Already happening!)
4. Maintain lost weight. (Depends on the week.)
5. Be able to play more outside with my kids without loosing all energy and needing a nap. (I'm getting older so this may just be wishful thinking.)
To accomplish these goals, if I ever find the time, I am thinking of getting a personal trainer at the rec. That means actually going to the rec. That means getting up earlier. Hmmm, we'll see. I guess it would be better to go to the rec rather than passing out while riding my bike to work...

I'm very impressed that you're riding your bike to work. Makes me want to get my bike out. A guy I work with bikes everyday, and brings his two kids to the preschool on campus. They ride in a little chariot thing behind the bike. It's even funnier if you know the guy.
