Tonight we had the Hazletts over for dinner. They're always fun to be with and we enjoy having them over. Jamie, Charles' sister is back in Manhattan so she was able to come over too. I made lasangna and garlic bread and we also had salad. Shaun made homemade vanilla ice cream and Lotus brought over a homemade chocolate bunt cake. Yum! We had a great dinner and great conversation. Shaun seems to really like having them over because he and Charles have a lot in common. They talked about guns and hunting, two of Shaun's favorite subjects. :)
Next time we get together for dinner we're hoping that Lotus makes Indian food and we'll make ribs. This has become a favorite combination as Charles really likes Shaun's ribs and I crave Lotus's Indian food!
I'm also hoping to take some pictures of their beautiful children for my website, which is currently being put together by my friend Brian. Anyone want some low cost portraits in exchange for me using your pics online?
